Debra Hadden, Psy.D.

Dr. Debra Hadden, Psy.D., is a California licensed Psychologist with a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. She has extensive experience treating stress, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, trauma, and somatic illness, and is an expert on bio-psycho-social functioning. She works with individuals and struggling with chronic mental and physical conditions that challenge health, wellbeing, work-life balance, and daily functioning. She is adept at working within multiple cultures with great sensitivity.

Trained in evidence-based treatments, she can craft a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialect Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment, and Positive Psychology to set a pace and approach to target individual needs. Specializing in stages of adult development across a lifetime from eighteen to eighty, she is an expert in working with young adults, mid-life adult challenges, and changes and transitions of mature adulthood using strengths-based approaches, solution focused skill building, and insight to navigate every stage of adult growth.

She also provides pre-surgical psychological clearance evaluations for Pain Management and Bariatric patients. She offers ongoing psychotherapeutic support for pain management and chronic pain conditions, as well as a program for disordered eating and changing your relationship to food.
