Ian is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practiitioner with a background in inpatient psychiatric nursing, where he cared for individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges. His experience as a psychiatric nurse taught him the importance of listening without judgement and treating each person with dignity and respect. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Ian’s goal is to help patient better understand and manage their mental health based on their individual needs. He believes patients should feel heard and be actively involved in their treatment. His goal is to support patients in managing their symptoms and making progress towards what matters the most. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time outdoors and listening to live music.
